L.A. Remenicky is a forty-something wife and mother of three fur kids.
She has been an avid reader as long as she can remember. She used to
disappear with a book when it was time to do dishes or clear the table.
She reads all genres, but her favorites are romance and horror. She
started out reading Nancy Drew and quickly graduated to adult romances. Her
favorite romance is "Moonraker's Bride" by Madeline Brent. For
some reason that story has stuck with her.
Her absolute favorite author is Stephen King - She loves how he can weave a
story and characters together.
She only started writing recently after thinking about it for years, signing
up for NANOWRIMO last year and winning.
Her first novel, Saving Cassie, is available on Amazon.

A NOTE FROM L. A. Remenicky:
First off – thank you to I’ll Be Reading for having me for
an author spotlight!
My road to publication has not been as long as it has for
some. I only started writing just before NANOWRIMO one year ago. A friend was
talking about this great contest to see if you can write 50K words in a month.
Well, I signed up and started writing. My friend didn’t make it but I did and
Saving Cassie was written. After a lot of revision and a lot of editing, Saving
Cassie was ready for publication.
I hope you enjoy reading Saving Cassie as much as I enjoyed
writing it.
At the time of this spotlight NANOWRIMO has started for
another year and I am typing away, trying to reach that magic 50K words. Wish
me luck!
